ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A driver is under arrest after Rochester Police say they found a “ghost gun”, an illegal self-assembled firearm, in the driver’s car.
Officers pulled over the car around 2 a.m. at Park Avenue and Homer Street. RPD says they arrested the 42-year-old city resident after finding the loaded gun.
RPD will release more information on the arrest later.
