Ginger Zee's fans jumped to her defense when an internet troll insulted the meteorologist—but her pitch-perfect clapback said it all.
The 44-year-old GMA personality took to Instagram on Tuesday, March 11, to share a screenshot of a comment made by a critic on social media, along with her subsequent reply.

"You're not aging well," Instagram user baham232 wrote.
"@baham232 what a privilege to be aging in any manner — thanks for your opinion though," Zee countered.
"You know you are in a good place when you genuinely believe your response. And I do. What a privilege to be able to be alive. No matter how you perceive my aging, I’m proud of it," Zee captioned her post.

Zee's friends and followers were quick to show their support in the comments.
"We should all age as 'badly' as you Ginger!" wrote ABC News reporter Matt Gutman.
"Who the f wastes their time posting remarks like this. You’re are [sic] aging like fine wine, my sister," one person declared.
"What a sad human! You are beautiful and it is definitely a privilege to be able to age ❤️," another fan chimed in, with someone else praising Zee for responding "with such grace, never once sinking to the same level. Thank you for always being so positive and uplifting!"
This isn't the first time Zee has addressed body shaming online.
In a video uploaded to Instagram on Wednesday, Dec. 4, she appeared in front of a screenshot of a tweet from someone who slammed her for wearing a dress that was “way too short for her thick thighs.” Zee also shared a screenshot of her response, which read, “I love my thick thighs ?? and I disagree with you … also, if I have too thick of thighs who doesn’t?”
