CHP officers pulled over a brown Buick traveling northbound on Interstate 880 near High Street with expired registration tabs. According to authorities, officers noticed a black revolver against the driver’s chest.
Officers arrested the suspect upon viewing the gun. Police said they also located a jar of marijuana.
