Feb. 13
9:45 a.m.: A caller at North 11th Avenue and H Street reported he hit the guardrail on the bridge on 11th Avenue while leaving work at JBS two days prior and didn’t report it because his phone had died.
10:45 a.m.: A caller at the Family Funplex reported another woman jumped into her swim lane, so she yelled at the woman and “accidentally” splashed water on her. The caller said the woman thought it was intentional and started splashing back at the caller and “almost made her drown.” Shortly after, the caller clarified that she didn’t almost drown, the other woman just splashed water at her from across the pool.
Feb. 14
9:30 a.m.: A man at the Greeley Police Department reported his daughter sold his house that was in his deceased father’s name.
11:00 a.m.: A woman at the Greeley Police Department came in to thank an officer for “being so professional and courteous during her traffic stop.”
12:15 p.m.: A caller in the 1300 block of 30th Street Road reported a black Nissan had been sitting across the street next to a field. The caller was worried because “when cars sit there, they’re usually stalking or spying on someone.”
Feb. 15
11:45 a.m.: A caller at North 35th Avenue and F Street reported a car clipped her in the roundabout. While she was on the phone with the call taker, another crash occurred at the roundabout.
1:30 p.m.: A caller at 23rd Avenue and 10th Street reported a green Subaru hit a gray Jeep and the Subaru fled the scene. The caller was not involved, but was following the Subaru.
2:15 p.m.: A caller at an unknown location reported his mother had been getting harassed in reference to him. The caller said she received a text demanding “her son come outside.”
4:45 p.m.: A caller at East 16th Street and Ash Avenue reported a man riding his bike down the middle of the road.
Feb. 16
1:00 a.m.: A caller at a fast-food taco restaurant in the 3500 block of 35th Avenue reported a man got out of the passenger side of his vehicle in the drive-thru, leaned in the window and yelled at employees.
4:30 p.m.: A caller at an unknown address reported her foster child took off in her vehicle without permission and was not returning. She was only calling the police because she was the owner and “was going to be taking possession of the vehicle,” sho she wanted to let them know in case her child reported it stolen. Police told her to call them back if she had any issues.
5:45 p.m.: A caller at 28th Avenue and 10th Street reported a man in a truck was chasing the caller in his vehicle and trying to run into him. The caller said he didn’t recognize the truck and wasn’t sure why the driver was after him.
9:45 p.m.: A caller in the 1000 block of 18th Street reported someone ran off the road and crashed into a building. There was one person on scene who said the other three — including the driver — ran away.
Feb. 17
12:45 a.m.: A caller at a redacted address reported driving by and seeing a man and woman in the garage smoking what looked like a meth pipe. The caller was concerned because he also noticed two young children in the garage.
