Because of a service disruption near Palo Alto, Caltrain reported late Tuesday morning that all trains were “experiencing major delays.”

Train 123, a northbound that usually arrives at the Palo Alto station at 10:55 a.m., was canceled. When trains are running again, the following train, 125, will accommodate all passengers, the alert said.
All trains were boarding on the northbound platform of the Palo Alto and California Avenue stations.
