DENVER (KDVR) — Law enforcement is investigating a shooting involving deputies in Fort Collins Monday morning.
Very few details have been released, but the Larimer County Sheriff's Office posted on X just before 5:20 a.m. that the Critical Incident Response Team is investigating a deputy-involved shooting.
The sheriff's office said the suspect is in custody but did not release any information on possible injuries.
CO 1 is closed in both directions from Gregory Road to Country Club Road while investigators process the scene. The area is near Terry Lake and Long Pond Reservoir.
