In the first quarter of Sunday afternoon’s game against the Chicago Bulls and Indiana Pacers, Jevon Carter dunked.
Yes, you read that right. The six-foot-one guard saw some early action thanks to a slew of injuries in Chicago’s backcourt. With Tyrese Haliburton stationed in front of him, he got the Pacers star in the air with a shot fake. Carter proceeded to blow right past him and find a wide-open lane to the rim. Instead of laying it up like we’ve seen him do many times before, the 29-year-old did something he’s never done in a Bulls uniform before.

— Chicago Bulls (@chicagobulls) March 2, 2025The dunk marks only the SIXTH in Jevon Carter’s NBA career, per Basketball-Reference. Based on a quick Google search, it’s also his first dunk since Dec. 5, 2022, while with the Milwaukee Bucks.
Nice job taking advantage of the opportunity, Jevon!
