UkrainianFinance Minister Serhiy Marchenko and UK Treasury Secretary Rachel Reevessigned the loan agreement in a virtual ceremony during a meeting between UKPrime Minister Keir Starmer and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky inLondon.
