LINDSAY Lohan’s dad Michael has reportedly been ‘arrested’ for a felony assault.
The alleged arrest comes after he ‘flipped wife Kate Major out of a chair’.
TMZ has cited court documents that claim Michael was arrested in Texas on Saturday.
He was reportedly arrested on a “continuous violence against the family” charge.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office has shared that Kate underwent a medical examination when she shared with deputies that her husband “flipped her out of a chair” at their home.
According to TMZ, who broke the story, a female deputy said that she saw “bruising” on Kate’s body.
Michael’s bond has been set at $30K and he is due in court on Monday.
