HEALTH bosses spent thousands of pounds of taxpayers’ cash on an “inclusion” calendar promoting woke celebration dates.
Omnisexual Visibility Day, Intersex Awareness Day and International Pronouns Day are among 366 events to appear alongside traditional holidays, cultural events and religious observances.
Remembrance Sunday is listed beside Transgender Day of Remembrance, Trans Parent Day and Intersex Day of Solidarity.
Others include International Day of the Girl Child, Non-Binary People’s Day and Neurodiversity Pride Day.
Pagan holidays are also marked up.
The bespoke online calendar, which is also available in print, costs struggling NHS trusts up to £1,395 to buy.
The Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust spent more to upload their own photos for their calendars.
February is illustrated by a picture from the LGBT+ History Month flag raising while June shows NHS staff in rainbow coloured outfits at Isle of Wight Pride.
Many other trusts across the country have also ordered copies.
Tory MP Joe Robertson said: “The Health Secretary needs to scrap this nonsense and focus on running a health service that puts patients first.”
The firm behind it — Ireland-based Diversiton — says it costs between £395 and £1,395 to help workers keep track of “key dates”.
Last night an NHS spokeswoman said: “Highlighting awareness days can lead to better patient care — but these calendars should not come at a cost of hundreds of pounds.”
