DUBLIN — Two students were hospitalized Thursday morning after a fight broke out among three students at Dublin High, police said.
Police identified the third student involved in the confrontation but did not detain him, according to a statement from police Capt. Miguel Campos.

Campos said that before they arrived, one of the students lost consciousness but had regained his full awareness and function.
That student and another one went by ambulance to a hospital to be evaluated and treated for their injuries. Campos said the injuries did not appear to be serious ones.
Police have not determined what caused the fight.
Officers placed the high school under a lockdown in the aftermath as a precautionary measure “to ensure the safety of all students,” Campos said.
