ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are looking for whoever fired shots on Clifford and Portland avenues on the city’s northeast side on Tuesday night.
No one was hit by the gunfire, which broke out around 11:45 p.m. Officers detained two people near the scene, but determined they were not involved and released them.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
