SHERIFF’S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION: Raymond C. Gribaldo, 26, of Willits, was booked at county jail Feb. 7 on suspicion of illegal possession of ammunition, possession of a controlled substance and of violating his probation. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Joshua L. Hitchcock, 42, of Idaho, was booked at county jail Feb. 7 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving on a suspended/revoked license, violating his probation and possession of marijuana. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
FAILURE TO REGISTER: Justice L. Menear, 29, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 7 on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender, possession of drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of a controlled substance and petty theft. He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Larry E. Thompson, 37, of Chula Vista, was booked at county jail Feb. 7 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Andres Garcia Zugo, 30, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 8 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Derek C. Haddon, 53, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 9 on suspicion of domestic violence and false imprisonment. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
GRAND THEFT: Robert W. Fuller, 51, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Feb. 9 on suspicion of grand theft and receiving known stolen property. He was arrested by the MCSO.
STALKING: Kevin Guerrerosa Hagun, 32, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 9 on suspicion of stalking and threatening bodily injury. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Elijah R. Jones, 24, of Willits, was booked at county jail Feb. 9 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was arrested by the CHP.
CONSPIRACY: John L. Marks Jr, 56, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 9 on suspicion of conspiracy, petty theft with priors, offenses committed while out on bail, driving on a license suspended/revoked for DUI. He was arrested by the UPD.
CONSPIRACY: Desiree A. Shellhart, 39, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 9 on suspicion of conspiracy, petty theft with priors and violating her probation. She was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Apolonio Solis Salas, 54, of Potter Valley, was booked at county jail Feb. 9 on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Jesse E. Yahweh, 44, of Willits, was booked at county jail Feb. 9 on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was arrested by the CHP.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
