Congress releases manifesto for Delhi polls: Rs 2,500 for women, LPG at Rs 500

Congress has released its manifesto for the upcoming Delhi assembly elections. The party promises Rs 2,500 per month for women, free health insurance up to Rs 25 lakh, and welfare benefits. LPG cylinders at Rs 500 and 300 units of free electricity for households are also pledged. Free ration kits and Rs 8,500 monthly scholarships for unemployed youth are highlighted.
