The finals of the 2024 Joe Scarnecchia Warren Senior Masters Bowling Tournament were held at Freeway Lanes, Sunday, with Bobby Shultz earning his first Senior Masters title.
Shultz rolled a 695 series in the 3-game qualifying round to earn the top seed in the stepladder finals.
The first stepladder match featured third seed Brad Huey defeating fourth seed Shawn Ruddy, 225-202. In the second match, Huey lost to second seed Jeff Czerniak, 269-179, with Czerniak advancing to face Shultz for the championship. Shultz defeated Czerniak, 208-185, to earn his first Warren Senior Masters title.
Rounding out the top-eight finishers were Jim Valentine (fifth place), Rick Adams (sixth place), Bud Hatfield (seventh place) and Bill Bahny (eighth place).
