Dyanna Cruz, Savanna, Jr., G
The Rebels’ leading scorer netted 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds in a 58-42 win against host Anaheim in the Coast League. It was Anaheim’s first loss in league since 2017-18 in the Orange League. Cruz is averaging 17 points.
Harmony Golightly, Mater Dei, So., G
The shooting guard scored 15 points on five 3-pointers off the bench in a 79-37 win at JSerra in the Trinity League. She also scored 18 points, including four 3-pointers, off the bench in a 74-26 win at Santa Margarita.
Liz Han, Brea Olinda, Sr., G
The shooting guard averaged 17.7 points and made 11 of 24 3-point attempts (46 percent) to lead the Ladycats to a 3-0 record last week. Brea Olinda defeated Yorba Linda, Pacifica and Mira Costa.
Adyra Rajan, Fairmont Prep, Jr., G
Rajan scored 31 points, including six 3-pointers, and grabbed five rebounds in a 90-67 loss against defending state champion Etiwanda. Rajan sank 6 of 11 shots from beyond the arc.
Kayla Watanabe, Orange Lutheran, Fr., G
Watanabe stuffed the stat sheet with 21 points, seven rebounds, six steals, four blocks and four assists in a 53-40 win against Beckman at the Norco showcase.
