Electro-pioneers Kraftwerk have announced more dates on the band’s 2025 tour.
Fortunately for local fans, these Kraftwerk dates include a stop in the Bay Area..
Kraftwerk, featuring electro music icon Ralf Hütter, performs April 18 at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley.
Yeah, that should be awesome.
Other cities included in the dates are Las Vegas, Seattle, Reno and Phoenix.
Kraftwerk is performing multimedia concerts — “bringing together music, visuals and performance art,” according to a news release — in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the breakthrough album “Autobahn” as well as the band’s first U.S. tour, which took place in 1975.
Kraftwerk tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Jan. 24, www.kraftwerktour25.com.
