A LOWE’S shopper has blasted the chain after claiming their order was rescheduled twice with no reason.
The customer ripped into the retailer and slammed it after complaining that they still had not received their order.
This shopper (@b_336_) took to X to let out their rage.
“@Lowes Am I ever getting my delivery?” they wrote.
The customer claimed they were not handed an explanation for the delay.
“Your store has rescheduled it twice now with no reason given,” they added.
“This is unacceptable.”
The home improvement chain quickly apologized to their customer.
“Thanks for reaching out. We’re sorry for this experience,” Lowe’s wrote.
The chain then asked the furious shopper for extra information about their issue.
“Please DM us the name on the order, phone number, email, order number, and stoe location (if purchase in-store) so our team can further review,” Lowe’s added.
This shopper has not been the first to hit out at the chain.
One customer fumed about the store’s holiday policy.
Abe claimed he was left unable to return something, despite not having opened the package, The U.S. Sun has previously reported.
“Lowe’s Failed Us,” fumed the shopper in a post on X.
He bought Christmas decorations from Lowe’s but said they weren’t delivered until December 23 – giving the family just two days to use them.
“We decided not to open the packages,” Abe noted.
The shopper then hit a roadblock in that process because of the fine print in Lowe’s return policy for holiday items.
It states that all Christmas decorations must be returned by December 24 for a refund.
KIOSK NIGHTMARE
Another Lowe’s customer claimed she would boycott the chain due to a self-checkout payment hurdle, The U.S. Sun previously reported.
She was left fuming after realising the kiosks would not accept gift cards as a payment method.
This became an issue as the buyer revealed only the self-service machines were available to use.
“Oh, the self-checkout doesn’t process gift cards,” the exasperated customer bemoaned.
“We’ll be shopping elsewhere,” she added.
