Charlton Athletic’s fixture against Bolton Wanderers was halted due to a medical emergency in the crowd.
Play had been underway for four minutes at the Toughsheet Community Stadium when the referee paused the contest.
The match was resumed six minutes later.
The worrying scenes in Bolton came just days after a Portsmouth fan tragically passed away after being taken ill in the stands during the game against Middlesbrough.
The match at Fratton Park kicked off at 3pm but was stopped within seconds by referee Gavin Ward after he was made aware of the medical emergency.
