Everton have avoided any further punishment over alleged financial fair play breaches after the Premier League discontinued its investigation into a final charge.
Last year the Toffees became the first side in Premier League history to be deducted points – eight in total after appeals – for breaking Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR).
A further inquest was conducted into interest related to the new stadium at Bramley Moore-Dock but Everton will face no action.
