CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A chase involving Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police and Gaston County Police ended in a crash Thursday afternoon in northwest Charlotte.
CMPD confirms with Queen City News the incident began as a chase that ended at the corner of Hoskins Road and Hovis Road.

Queen City News observed both CMPD and Gaston County Police at the scene of the crash where a CMPD Animal Care & Control vehicle was also damaged.
