GREECE, N.Y. – There was a fire that started in the basement of a house on Ridgecrest Road in Greece on Sunday afternoon.
The fire department said there were three people at home at the time of the fire. One person was trapped, but everyone was able to get out.
The gas lines were shut off and the fire was contained to the basement.
There were no injuries to firefighters or civilians.
The fire is under investigation and we will update the story as we learn more.
