San Francisco running back Isaac Guerendo was injured and carted off early during the 49ers’ season finale versus the Arizona Cardinals.
On San Francisco’s opening series and on Guerendo’s second carry, the rookie from Louisville got twisted up as he rushed for a pair of yards. Guerendo required the cart to exit the playing surface at State Farm Stadium and the team didn’t wait to rule him out.
The 49ers ruled Guerendo out with a knee and ankle injury.
