Derrick Henry had a memorable 31st birthday in a football career full of memories.
The former Alabama star who captured the Heisman Trophy in 2015 became the first player in NFL history on Saturday with multiple seasons of 1,800 or more rushing yards and 15 or more rushing touchdowns. And Henry did it for the Baltimore Ravens in a 35-10 victory over the Cleveland Browns that clinched the Ravens’ second straight AFC North title.

He rushed for 138 yards on 20 carries on Saturday, and as he has so many times Henry got stronger as the game wore on. After Cleveland cut Baltimore’s lead to 21-10 early in the fourth quarter, Henry revved up his engine, finished off the Browns with touchdown runs of 2 and 43 yards and ended up putting his name into the record books yet again.
Henry is already a 5-time Pro Bowler who spent 8 seasons with the Tennessee Titans before joining the Ravens this season. In his 1 season in Baltimore, he’s already shown there is a lot left in his tank, and Henry proved it yet again during the final week of the regular season.
