Disney fans have long wondered when Bart, Homer and the rest of the Simpsons family would be moving into Disneyland and Walt Disney World after the entertainment giant nabbed the long-running animated TV show as part of a blockbuster deal to buy Fox.
A new survey recently conducted by Disney asks respondents if they would like to see Simpsons themed lands, attractions and meet-and-greet characters in the company’s theme parks, according to Disney Dude vlogger Drew Smith.

Disney acquired the Simpsons in 2019 as part of the $71 billion deal for 21st Century Fox.
The Disney acquisition did not affect the contract Fox had previously signed with Universal for exclusive rights to the Simpsons in its U.S. theme parks.

Both Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando are home to Simpsons themed lands based on the TV show’s animated town of Springfield.

The closest Simpsons characters have been to Disneyland was during meet-and-greet photo opportunities at the D23 Expo in 2019 at the Anaheim Convention Center.
