Crews were battling a vegetation fire that has burned 20 acres near Otay Mountain with the potential to be an extended incident, officials said Wednesday night.
The fire was reported around 7:15 p.m. near the mountain north of the U.S.-Mexico border, according to Cal Fire San Diego.

The sheriff’s department was working to locate the possible suspects.
