India National Cricket Team batter Yashasvi Jaiswal has been grinding hard to keep his team in the hunt in the ongoing match against Australia National Cricket Team. The Boxing-day Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne is going down the wire.
India National Cricket Team opener Yashasvi Jaiswal has continued his golden touch with the bat in the ongoing series. But in the ongoing match, it has been a completely different Jaiswal as he has shown a different game plan altogether on Day 5.
Yashasvi Jaiswal has looked extremely solid with the bat as he defended the ball pretty well and is making sure that India National Cricket Team draws the match. The opening batter has played the role of Cheteshwar Pujara from the last series and has blocked the one end.
Yashasvi Jaiswal has frustrated the Australia National Cricket Team bowlers, and this made Sam Konstas get into the ears of the batter. Fielding at the silly point, the batter was constantly saying something India National Cricket Team batter.
However, this didn't go well with Yashasvi Jaiswal as he was seen replying to the batter. Even umpires told the players to play, and this made Jaiswal gesture to the umpire to tell Sam Konstas not to talk when he was batting. Commentator Jatin Sapru mentioned that Yashasvi Jaiswal told Sam Konstas 'Do your job'.
However, on the next ball, Yashasvi Jaiswal went hard at the Australian batter. Nathan Lyon bowled a loopy delivery outside off, to which the batter jammed the drive hard and straight to silly point, where Konstas took a blow.
