GREECE, N.Y. — The skies over the Greece area flashed bright blue on Monday night and News10NBC is working to learn why.
A viewer, Joe Hendrix, took a video off Beck Road in Parma, looking south toward Greece. RG&E said a high power line coming down caused an outage in the Ogden and Gates area. However, they couldn’t confirm that the outage caused the blue flash.
