The holiday season is here and I don't know about you, but I'm being bombarded with Christmas cookie recipes! From cut-out cookies to peppermint cookies and everything in between, I've pretty much got my baking list set.
This year I wanted to add something new to my cookie tray: fudge! The art of making fudge can be a little tricky with the candy thermometers and such, but I'm here to tell you to not be intimidated. There are some super easy microwave recipes, but also some that require a little time and love—and are soooo worth it.

Let me first say that making a classic or traditional fudge is hard. It seems so simple, but there is actually a lot of chemistry, patience and knowledge involved.
