Crews worked a vehicle rescue on a residential intersection in the College Area early Sunday morning.
Units were dispatched around 3:15 a.m. Sunday to Montezuma Rd. and 54th St. near Hardy Elementary School, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
A total of 19 personnel were assigned to the rescue, including two engines, one truck, and one medic, officials reported.
The circumstances of the rescue were not immediately clear.
