COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- Officials have closed all lanes on the ramp from US Route 23 to State Route 104 East in both directions after a crash. According to dispatchers, a car appeared to hit a pole and flip, causing the closures. Police are redirecting westbound traffic to nearby High Street, and did not have any information yet on if anyone was injured. All lanes on the ramp from US-23 to SR-104 E are closed as of 9 p.m, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation. Eastbound traffic lanes at SR-104 E at US-23 and High Street were also initially closed, but have since reopened.
