New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) chargesheeted another accused in the Magadh (Zone) CPI (Maoist) revival attempts case, an official said on Tuesday. Binod Shankar alias Vinod Shankar Singh, a resident of Kaimur district of Bihar, is the sixth accused to be chargesheeted in the case. A supplementary charge sheet was filed against him on Monday under various sections of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act before the NIA Special Court in Patna. The accused has several previous criminal cases registered against him in various police stations in various parts of district Aurangabad in Bihar.
