The D-Backs are bringing back lefty reliever José Castillo on a minor league deal, reports Daniel Álvarez-Montes of El Extrabase (X link). Castillo, a client of OL Baseball Group, will get a non-roster invite to MLB camp. Castillo sticks in the organization for a second season. He spent last year with the Snakes’ top affiliate in Reno.
