Aaesha Fathima Basheer, Grade-IV student of MES Indian School, earned a silver medal for securing the second position in Harangue (Declamation) in the MathΣphi, international online math event, which was conducted recently for the students of age group eight to 16 by City Montessori School, R.D.S.O Campus, Lucknow, India. A total of 216 students from 58 schools in various countries including eight students from MES participated in the MathΣphi where math meets physics. The prize winners were declared in the MathΣphi virtual prize distribution ceremony. Vanshika Kapur of Grade-IV and Haizam Nishab of Grade-VII were awarded first and second consolation prizes in the events called ‘Jingle It
