DENVER (KDVR) — A Denver police officer was arrested on Nov. 6 as part of an investigation into charges of insurance fraud and attempting to influence a public servant, the Denver Police Department announced in a press release. DPD received an anonymous tip from the National Insurance Crime Bureau on Aug. 1, 2024, about a false auto theft report made by the officer on April 16, 2022.
