The latest game saw him go 2-4 with a single, a homer, two walks, two RBI, and four runs scored. The home run was of the opposite field variety: Long, 22, has so much natural power in his swing that it didn’t even look like he swung especially hard on that one, but still had plenty to send it out the other way.
