More than three years have passed since Kathryn Hahn's Agatha Harkness revealed she hexed the Scarlet Witch and killed Sparky too in WandaVision. The villain spent the entire season tricking Wanda Maximoff, trapping her in the town of Westview, New Jersey, but she then wound up defeated. Ensnared in a curse cast by Wanda herself, Agatha -- now known as Agnes -- was left without her witch powers or access to the Darkhold.

“You’re so much like your mother,” Agatha says to the distraught boy. As he unleashes his blue-colored magic, it’s clear she is referring to Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch.
Episode 5 ends without mentioning the teenager’s name. But Marvel Studios’ recent promotional materials have not shied away from confirming that, as long speculated, Locke’s Teen is indeed Billy.
“At the end of Episode 5, we don’t know what happens to those witches, but he’s not doing a good thing. We played a lot with, does that make him a bad person? Is he a good person? Which then draws parallels to the motherly figures in his life,” the actor added. “Wanda does evil things but isn’t necessarily evil. Agatha, questionably, is evil, but there’s more to that, as well. We know that he’s been lying to her, and we play a lot with those dynamics of how duplicitous he is. The facade of the fanboy teen, is that completely fake or is that actually still a real part of him? This is the stuff that I found so interesting in playing him.”
Billy Maximoff's journey in "Agatha All Along" reveals his struggle with inherited powers and familial expectations. Notably, he possesses magical abilities akin to those of his mother, Wanda.
