(KRON) -- A driver who allegedly ran over and killed someone in a sleeping bag at Aquatic Park in Berkeley early Wednesday morning has been arrested for DUI, KRON4.com has confirmed. According to the Berkeley Police Department, it happened in the south part of the park at around 4:32 a.m. Berkeley police received a call reporting that someone was pinned under a vehicle and died as a result of the collision.
