September 27, 2024 (KHARTOUM) – The Sudanese army said on Friday it had taken control of the Kadru area in Khartoum Bahri, north of the capital, which had served as a key supply route for the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) to access fuel from the Khartoum refinery. This comes two days after the army launched its largest military operation since the outbreak of the war in the Sudanese capital, crossing from Omdurman into the twin cities of Khartoum and Bahri.
