Currie & Brown has provided contract management services for Abu Dhabi’s first public-private partnership (PPP) schools project – which has now been successfully completed, the firm said. Three of the state-of-the-art schools under the programme were inaugurated on 11 September in Abu Dhabi’s Zayed City by Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) and a multinational consortium led by Plenary Group and Besix Group. The development is the first school PPP project in Abu Dhabi to be delivered through the ADIO PPP procurement framework. The project will provide 5,360 school places in Zayed City, across new school campuse
