David Brainerd Shaw David Brainerd Shaw of the Kempville Community went to be with his Lord and Savior at 1:30 a.m. Friday morning September 6, 2024, at the Smith County Health and Rehabilitation Center in Carthage where he had been since June 10th. Until then he had been lovingly cared for by his parents at their Gladdice Road farm home, his family had planned to return David to their care soon when his health improved. Private graveside services and internment conducted by family members, Pastor Bryan Bratcher participating in the committal on Friday afternoon at the family farm in the Kempville Community.
