OAKLAND, Calif. (KRON) -- The Oakland Police Department is investigating the second of two fatal shootings that occurred Thursday night as a homicide. The shooting, according to OPD, occurred around 11 p.m. in the 9000 block of MacArthur Boulevard. At the scene, officers found a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
