The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities announced on Wednesday 21/8/2024 that the e-ticket reservation system at 22 archaeological areas and museums was finalized in August. The archaeological sites include the Mummification Museum, Luxor Museum, and the Esna Temple in Luxor, and the Dendera Temple in Qena, as part of the ministry’s plan for digital transformation and directives of Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Sherif Fathy about the need of improving the experience of Egyptian and foreign visitors. It is speeding up the process of entering museums and archaeological sites, making it easier, and at the same time will provide the exact number of visitors, which contributes to tightening
