Ms. Jean Sircy Gibbs Ms. Jean Sircy Gibbs, age 81 of the Russell Hill Community, died Saturday evening, August 17 at Red Boiling Springs.    She is survived by: sisters, Eller Sircy of Russell Hill, Janie Croslin of Lebanon, Geraldine Likens of Difficult; brother, Herbert Sircy and wife Carolyn of Russell Hill.   Ms. Gibbs is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where her service will be conducted on Wednesday morning, August 21 at 11:00 AM.  Eld. Dean Sircy will officiate.  Interment in the Davis Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers are: Mike Sircy, Braxton Sircy, Mark Sircy, Billy Sircy, Keith Sircy, Aaron Sircy.   Visitation at the Carthage Chapel begins on Tuesday a
