(KRON) -- A San Jose father of three drowned in Lake Tahoe over the weekend, according to investigators and the victim's loved ones. The Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as 39-year-old Francisco "Cisco" Villa Madrigal. He was found deceased in the water by Bonsai Rock on the east shore of Lake Tahoe on Saturday afternoon, the sheriff's office said. A search and rescue team comprised of North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District, Nevada State Park Rangers, and the U.S. Coast Guard pulled his body out of the water.
