WARREN — The next parole bid for convicted murderer Samuel Totts will be in August 2026 after the Ohio Adult Parole Authority denied his latest attempt to be released from Grafton Correctional Institution. Totts, 49, had a parole hearing in June and the ruling means he will continue serving a 23-year to life sentence for the August 1995 aggravated murder and robbery of 24-year-old Derrick Trimble.
