(WSMV) – A man who was punched and kicked while trying to diffuse a fight at Top Golf in Nashville has died as a result of severe head injuries, and a suspect has been charged in his death, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department. Dahal Umesh, 41, was among members of Nashville’s Nepali community attending a concert in the lower level of Top Golf on Saturday when an argument erupted inside, causing people to go into the parking lot, police said. Umesh was reportedly trying to break up the fight when he was punched, causing him to fall and hit his head on concrete. He was then kicked in the head while on the ground, police said.
