The Orange Water and Sewer Authority is repairing a broken water line Thursday morning on a popular road in Carrboro. An alert from the utility agency said its crews are working to fix a main break in front of OWASA’s Jones Ferry Road Water Treatment Plant. OWASA said it is maintaining proper water pressure for most of its customers and, as of Thursday morning, do not expect there to be widespread impact to water service.
