Mr. Billy Dean Manning Mr. Billy Dean Manning, age 88 of Hickman, TN, passed away on Monday morning, June 24, 2024 at his home in Hickman, TN. Mr. Manning was born March 20, 1936 a son of the late Buford Manning and Volina Ligon Manning, Dot Manning. He was also preceded in death by Twin Brother; Bobby Gene Manning, Sister; Martha Hite and Brother; Buddy Manning. Mr. Manning was a 1957 graduate of Smith County High School. He was a retiree of Ryder PIE Truck Lines. Mr. Manning attended Rawls Creek Church where he was a superintendent for many years. He enjoyed being out on the farm. Mr. Manning married Eunice Ann Campbell on December 4, 1959. Mr. Manning is survived by Wife o
