A New Orleans construction company said it will spend $25 million to move its corporate headquarters to Jefferson Parish and consolidate its manufacturing and training operations there, a move that will create 130 jobs. RNGD, pronounced renegade, the new name of the builder long known as Palmisano Construction, will expand its prefabrication factory near the Earhart Expressway in the Labarre Business Park.
